Job Description
Data Tracking & Reporting
- Attendance & Completion: Track who attended the training, CPD Points received and who completed their modules.
- Reporting: Generate training data for HR Reports
- Data Recording: Make sure training dashboard is updated
- Update certificate data: make sure all of the certification is fully received and recorded, scan certificate, give the certificate to the related employee
Communication & Vendor Management
- Internal Communications to the training participant: Share training brochures to the related employee, send email to confirm their attendance, send out invitations, reminders to employees, send training confirmation and details
- Internal communication to the approver: draft email approval, email approval (with guidance from HRBP)
- External Vendors: Coordinate with external training providers, gather document needed for vendor registration, gather invoice for payment
- Training payment: Tracking vendor payment in the tracker, follow up the pending payment to HRBP and Finance team
Requirements
- Fresh graduate from any major
- Able to operate google docs, google sheet, AI tools
- Good verbal and written communication
- Attention to details
