Partnering with a local team leads to implementing effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business.
Driving HR programs/talent initiatives locally.
Participate in the continual development of HR programs, including recruiting, retention, and culture engagement
Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g. employee satisfaction surveys) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions
Manage various HR projects and act as key advisors to the local team leads to influence positive change in the business
Coordinate with local operations project team and local team leads in handling employee and office related matters
Coordinate the onboarding of new joiners in Yogyakarta with the Jakarta team. Ensure the new joiners are onboard well with the equipment, office space and team.
Provide a monthly employee report.
Coordinate with related parties to resolve employee relations issues.
Ensure local team leads and employee comply with company policies and procedures, governmental regulations
Requirements
Bachelors Degree with minimum 2 years of experience in the HR Generalist / Business Partner field
Outstanding interpersonal communications skills and the ability to communicate and work effectively within different types of stakeholders.
Knowledge of current and emerging trends in Employee Relations, Manpower Planning, and Industrial Relations
Objective critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively summarize and present information.
