Job Description

Position Summary & Purpose

Act as a strategic HR advisor and trusted partner to area business leaders, translating business priorities into scalable, data-driven talent strategy, organizational effectiveness execution, and culture transformation, ensuring strong local implementation of people, engagement, and organizational excellence initiatives to accelerate commercial success and build sustainable organizational impact.

Placement Note

This role will be based in one area office, which may be one of the following locations:

Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Solo, Palembang, Medan, Bali, Makassar, or Banjarmasin, depending on business and candidate fit.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with area business leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into people strategies.
  • Develop and execute area-level people plans (talent development, culture, engagement, and organizational effectiveness).
  • Monitor and manage workforce effectiveness, including talent readiness, performance, and capability development.
  • Drive culture transformation and change management initiatives aligned with company direction.
  • Provide coaching and consultation to area business leaders on people and organizational matters.
  • Identify and manage key talent, talent successors pipeline, and critical role development.
  • Collaborate across HR functions (Talent Acquisition, People Partner, L&D, etc.) to ensure integrated HR solutions.
  • Leverage and analyze HR data to generate people insights, organization improvement, and employee experience enhancements.
  • Handle and resolve people issues within the area in alignment with HR policy and guidance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Business Partner or HR Generalist roles.
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships across employees, teams, and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into measurable HR initiatives.
  • Adaptive and proactive in identifying opportunities and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experienced in managing people development programs, organizational effectiveness, and data-driven HR initiatives.
  • Works and collaborates closely with area business leaders and business unit heads.
