Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1), majoring in psychology/management/law/design is preferred.
Experience in HR (Experience in a shoe factory is preferred).
Perform tasks and prepare reports related to New Employee Training.
Monitor and implement new employee selection and company policy training.
Plan, implement, and evaluate annual company training.
Develop a training team work plan for the person in charge of each training.
Oversee training implementation activities and trainer performance in accordance with both internal and external company objectives.
Record employee development plans from the performance appraisal system and develop training plans based on development plans, superior plans, company and customer needs.
Monitor training implementation activities, training costs, trainer performance, and HR team performance in accordance with company objectives for both internal and external training.
Monitor employee skill levels to maintain employee performance.
Implement company training programs and assist in recording and analyzing production employee skills data to support company objectives and improve human resource quality.
Ensure the smooth implementation of the performance management system and review of promotions, demotions, successes, and other related matters.
Enhance HR knowledge, information, and creativity through posters, videos, and graphic design to support and enhance HR performance in achieving company goals and targets.
Lead and oversee the implementation of the organizational structure and job descriptions.
Requirements
Minimum education Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably Psychology/Law/design/Human Resource Management).
Have relevant work experience
Good communication in English.
Able to speak Mandarin more preferred.
Computer literate (Ms. Office).
Have a certificate for Training and Development
Have awareness, knowledge, and good implementation of ESH.
