Responsibilities

Description:

The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily Human Resources activities, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the company's operational and workforce needs. The position is responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, training and development, HR administration, performance management, and compliance with applicable labor regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily HR activities to ensure smooth and effective HR operations.
  • Lead and monitor the recruitment and selection process for operator, staff, and supervisory positions.
  • Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and employee administration processes.
  • Develop and maintain good employee relations and handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave, overtime, and other HR-related administration.
  • Coordinate and monitor employee training and development programs based on organizational needs.
  • Support the implementation of performance management and employee evaluation processes.
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, company regulations, and applicable labor regulations are properly implemented.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments regarding manpower planning and workforce requirements.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports, including recruitment, turnover, attendance, training, and other HR-related reports.
  • Support internal and external HR audits and ensure corrective actions are properly implemented and documented.
  • Coordinate with management and other departments to resolve HR-related issues effectively.
  • Supervise and develop HR team members to improve their performance and capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HR processes and employee services.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and labor regulations.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or large-scale organization is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with HRIS.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain employee confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Willing to work on-site and collaborate with employees across different levels of the organization.
  • HR certification (BNSP or equivalent) is an advantage.
