About the Role
The role involves executing recruitment activities and supporting training and development initiatives to enhance local talent development and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Execute recruitment activities based on hiring needs, including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, offer follow-up, and onboarding arrangements, to ensure timely hiring delivery. (50%)
- Assist in training and development activities, including training needs collection, training coordination, training records management, and training effectiveness follow-up, to support local talent development. (40%)
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, corporate culture initiatives, and other daily human resources operations. (10%)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and/or training. Experience in the manufacturing industry or large enterprises is preferred. Outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
Required Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), with good data management and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, good execution ability, a strong sense of responsibility, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Basic Mandarin communication skills, with the ability to communicate in daily work situations.
- Basic English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills are required for routine workplace communication.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the manufacturing industry or large enterprises.
- Outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
