Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Payroll Staff in a payroll service provider company
  • Experience handling end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients
  • Understanding of payroll regulations, taxation, and employment laws
  • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • Good communication in English and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Good knowledge of local HR practices and policies, incl. manpower law, social security/BPJS, income tax
  • Properly and professionally handles client's confidential information and data

Job Description

  • Process end-to-end payroll for EOR clients accurately and on schedule
  • Handle payroll calculations including salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions, taxes, BPJS/social security, and statutory contributions
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records in HRIS/payroll systems
  • Ensure payroll compliance with labor regulations and company policies
  • Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and supporting documents
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients regarding payroll data, employee changes, and payroll-related inquiries
  • Support onboarding and offboarding administration related to payroll
  • Review payroll data to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with audits and statutory reporting requirements
  • Ad hoc task as per request by direct supervisor.
