Implement employee onboarding and offboarding processes in accordance with company procedures, ensuring complete and accurate administrative documentation.
Manage the HRIS related to employee data and ensure data and document completeness in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of employee attendance data.
Perform personnel administration and documentation activities according to established procedures.
Prepare HR Services-related data and documents required for external regulatory or compliance needs.
Prepare periodic HR Services reports based on business requirements.
Follow up on employee requests, inquiries, or issues related to employee administration in line with applicable procedures and policies.
Process and monitor probation periods and contract renewals, including reviewing and ensuring performance evaluation results are properly documented.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field, fresh graduates are welcomed.
Strong ability to manage and analyze data.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
