Managing end to end HR administration for retail staff (new and resigned) in HRIS & Lark
Ensuring Lark database is accurate according to employment records in Talenta
Ensuring all the documents related to employees are completed before creating SPT (Training Agreement) and employee ID
Maintain accurate employment contract for all retail staff, including retail staff contract extension (following up appraisal form & creating contract draft)
Creating employee letter for internal / external purposes (such as but not limited to: mutation (retail staff) / promotion (retail staff) / reference letter (retail staff & HO) / other letter
Ensuring all created letter is sent to respective PIC and filed accordingly
Qualification:
Bachelor degree all majors
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply or having 1-2 years experiences
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
