- :Support C&B budget planning, forecasting, and reporting activities
- ,Administer salary review cycles, bonus processes, and benefits programs
- ,Assist in maintaining and improving compensation policies & frameworks
- ,Conduct data analysis on internal equity and market competitiveness
- ,Partner with HRBPs and stakeholders to implement C&B initiatives
- ,Provide salary benchmarking and recommendations aligned with structure and budget
- ,Support the execution of C&B projects and continuous improvement initiatives
