Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Sourcing: Source candidates mainly for QS / estimator construction roles across the company using social media and networks.
2. Interviewing & Screening: Conduct interviews, assess candidates qualifications, and collaborate with hiring managers to select the best fit
3. Talent matching : Build connection with company client list, share the talent match program and ensure high suitability rate
4. Talent community relationship management : Collaborate with marketing department to build talent community platform with good engagement rate
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Preferred)
2. Proven experience as an HR recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role (1+ years preferred).
3. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment
Skills :
1. Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

3. Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
4. Highly motivated, results-oriented, and proactive.
