This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruitment Specialist located in Bandung. The HR Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company. Day-to-day tasks include managing job postings, conducting initial phone screenings, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify hiring needs. The role also involves maintaining candidate databases, creating recruitment reports, and assisting with onboarding new hires.

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and team members
• Knowledge of HR software and candidate management systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
