Responsibilities
About the role
As an HR Specialist (Mandarin) at PT. Gree Electric Appliances Indonesia, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's human resources initiatives. Working in a full-time capacity from our office in North Jakarta, Jakarta, you will be responsible for driving key HR functions and ensuring seamless operations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing end-to-end HR support, including recruitment for expatriate and overseas, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Manage employment contract especially for expatriate
- Design and develop internal training material & monitoring the training progress
- Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Participating in the analysis of HR data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive employee experience
- Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with all relevant HR-related regulations
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a generalist HR role
- Excellent command of Mandarin and Indonesian, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
