Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify workforce needs together with user departments.
  • Create and publish job advertisements in various media.
  • Screen CVs, conduct administrative selection, and schedule interviews.
  • Conduct initial interviews (HR interviews) and coordinate with users for follow-up interviews.
  • Manage psychological testing or assessment processes in accordance with company standards.
  • Input and update employee data accurately in the HRIS system
  • Manage of employee administrative files.

Requirements

  • Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in the manufacturing industry). Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and and competency-based interview techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work in a team or independently.
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (a plus).
