Job Descriptions:
1.Work closely with business teams to gain deep understanding of their needs.
2.Take full responsibilities for end-to-end recruitment process, responsible for sourcing, interview arrangement, developing and maintaining varieties of recruitment channels, salary negotiations, offer process and onboarding management.
3. Analyse recruitment data, follow the recruitment progress, and make recruitment daily or weekly report.
4. Routine work like maintain human resources database, etc.
Job Requirements:
1. Have recruiter work experiences and minimum of 2 years experience within the industry. Working experience in international companies will be a plus.
2.Solid knowledge of HR operations, familiar with labor law and common HR knowledge. Talent mapping will be a plus.
3.Good Mandarin skills (both oral and written) is a must.
4.Self-driven, good interpersonal and communication skills.
