About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking HR People Development Specialist to design, implement, and manage programs that foster employee growth, enhance talent development, and align with organizational goals. The role involves assessing training needs, creating development programs, and ensuring that employees have the necessary tools and resources to thrive in their roles. The ideal candidate is passionate about nurturing talent, has a strong understanding of learning and development strategies, and is able to build a culture of continuous improvement. This position requires onsite work and relocation to Purbalingga.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify employee development needs through performance reviews, surveys, and feedback.
  • Design and implement learning and development programs to address skill gaps and foster career growth.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to develop both technical and soft skills across the organization.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to align training programs with business objectives.
  • Track the effectiveness of development programs through metrics and employee feedback.
  • Manage talent development initiatives, including leadership development, succession planning, and career progression.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees in their professional development journeys.
  • Stay updated with HR trends, learning technologies, and best practices in people development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, talent development, or learning and development.
  • Proven ability to design and implement training programs that drive organizational growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
  • Experience with performance management systems and employee development tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements

  • Willingness and ability to relocate to Purbalingga for onsite work.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other development tools.
  • Passion for people development and creating a positive, growth-oriented work culture.
