Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain & analyze employee attendance to achieve on time and accurate payroll
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS
  • Manage employee benefit claim
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly payroll reports
  • Ensure compliance with all payroll-related laws and regulations
  • Contribute to improve compensation benefit efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from any majors with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Minimum 2 year of proven experience in compensation and benefit roles
  • Experience in handling crewing payroll or payroll administration within the shipping/maritime industry is preferred
  • Strong understanding about payroll related laws and regulation, as well as actuarial
  • Proficiency in Office365 application
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in managing HRIS will be prefered
