Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement compensation structures and benefits programs
  • Conduct market analysis and salary benchmarking to ensure competitiveness
  • Manage employee benefits administration including insurance and retirement plans
  • Process payroll and ensure accurate calculation of salaries and deductions
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant labor laws and tax regulations
  • Handle compensation data analysis and prepare related reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Accounting, or related field
  • 3 years or more experience in compensation & benefits or payroll administration
  • Proven experience in managing a team and effectively collaborating with cross-functional departments
  • Strong knowledge of labor regulations and tax laws (PPh 21, BPJS)
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with HR information systems
  • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
