Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing accurately and on time
  • Manage payroll administration including attendance, overtime, leave, BPJS, PPh21, and THR calculations
  • Ensure payroll compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies
  • Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and employee compensation data
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records in HRIS/payroll systems
  • Coordinate with finance and external vendors related to payroll matters
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and compensation matters
  • Support payroll process improvement and HR operational activities

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience handling payroll
  • Strong understanding of BPJS, PPh21, THR, overtime calculation, and Indonesian labor law
  • Experienced using HRIS and payroll systems
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Good analytical and administrative skills
  • Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
