Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing accurately and on time
- Manage payroll administration including attendance, overtime, leave, BPJS, PPh21, and THR calculations
- Ensure payroll compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies
- Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and employee compensation data
- Maintain and update employee payroll records in HRIS/payroll systems
- Coordinate with finance and external vendors related to payroll matters
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and compensation matters
- Support payroll process improvement and HR operational activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience handling payroll
- Strong understanding of BPJS, PPh21, THR, overtime calculation, and Indonesian labor law
- Experienced using HRIS and payroll systems
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Good analytical and administrative skills
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
