Manage employment administration for all REDY employees assigned to Marina, including employment contracts, employee records, data updates, and HR documentation.
Monitor weekly attendance, employee discipline, and HR compliance for REDY employees under contract.
Facilitate BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan administration and employee claims.
Support monthly payroll preparation and verification to ensure accurate employee compensation.
Handle employee relations matters, including providing support in resolving workplace issues and maintaining positive employee engagement.
Coordinate regularly with the Marina HR team regarding employee placement, workforce administration, and HR-related matters.
Develop and maintain a talent pool by proactively sourcing candidates, expanding professional networks, and building long-term relationships with potential talent.
Represent REDY in Bali by supporting partnership initiatives, networking activities, and business meetings related to recruitment projects and strategic collaborations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, Recruitment, or a related HR role.
Experience in HR administration, employee relations, payroll support, and workforce management is preferred.
Experience in recruitment agency or client-facing HR environment will be an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with employees, clients, and external partners.
Proactive in sourcing, networking, and maintaining talent pipelines.
Able to communicate in English, both spoken and written.
Willing to be based in Bali and represent REDY in client meetings, networking events, and partnership activities.
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
