Job Description

Responsibilities

HR Administration & Payroll

  • Manage employee data and HRIS records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll, including overtime, allowances, BPJS, and statutory deductions.
  • Maintain SOPs for attendance, time-off, overtime, and offboarding processes.
  • Oversee asset issuance, employee letters (contracts, warnings, certifications), and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor law (UU Ketenagakerjaan, PP 35/2021, etc.).
  • Draft and manage employment contracts (PKWT, PKWTT) and assist with legal compliance reviews.
  • Support in handling disciplinary processes, warning letters, and dispute resolution.
  • Maintain structured systems for correspondence, employee letters, and HR documentation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and concerns.
  • Promote positive workplace relations and consistent application of company policies.

People Development & Engagement

  • Define hard & soft competencies for office, retail, and warehouse employees.
  • Develop and implement gap analysis tools to identify training needs.
  • Coordinate and deliver onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring cultural alignment and smooth integration.
  • Support the design and execution of training modules (at least 1–2 per quarter).
  • Liaise with external vendors, training partners, and consultants to deliver people development programs.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives (surveys, team-building, cultural programs).
  • Track training participation, feedback, and ROI to continuously improve learning programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Management, Law, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations / Payroll / Compensation & Benefits.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll (salary, overtime, BPJS, PPh21, etc.).
  • Familiar with Indonesian labor law (PKWT/PKWTT, PP 35/2021, etc.).
  • Experienced in handling HR administration (contracts, employee data, documentation).
  • Exposure to employee relations (warning letters, disciplinary cases, etc.).
  • Experience or interest in training & people development.
  • Strong communication skills; comfortable working with diverse teams (office, retail, warehouse).
  • Comfortable speaking in front of groups / acting as MC.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Proficient in HRIS (Talenta), Excel / Google Sheets.
