Job Description

The HR Operations Generalist is responsible for delivering end-to-end HR operational services, ensuring the effective execution of HR processes, compliance with Labor regulations, and accurate administration of employee data throughout the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Mandatory objectives (Applied for all employees): Implement and comply with Occupational Health Safety & Environment (OHSE) Policy, Quality & Environmental Management System, BSL Policy, Code of Conduct (How We Work), Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) and Government Regulations

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare employment letters and HR documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and filing storage.

Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Prepare and compiling payroll data
  • Administer employee benefits (insurance, BPJS, leave, medical claims)
  • Liaise with payroll vendors and benefit providers.

HR Compliance

  • Support audits process both Internal & External.

Employee Relations Support

  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, procedures, and other HR related matters.

HR Systems & Reporting

  • Update and manage HR systems as defined role.
  • Prepare HR reports.

Process Improvement

  • Support HR process standardization and SOP updates.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR operational efficiency.
  • Support HR projects.

Support TLM Manager to executing recruitment, training & Development Program.

Support other HR Administration activities.

Required Qualifications And Experiences

  • Bachelor's in psychology/management/law/ related field
  • 3 years experience in HR (Generalist Function)
  • Strong knowledge of Labor laws and employment regulations
  • Proficient in HRIS systems, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Meticulous attention to detail, quality, and follow through, strong interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications And Experiences

  • Additional certifications in HR, Payroll, or Labor Law are a plus (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, Payroll Certification).
  • Working experience in MNC Manufacturing Company
