Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate the execution of Human Resources operations and people development activities by ensuring efficient HR service delivery, compliance with company policies and labor regulations, and effective implementation of talent development and performance management programs. The role also serves as a business partner to line managers by providing HR support that enhances employee performance and organizational effectiveness.
Job Description
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Coordinate the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding process, probation, confirmation, contract administration, resignation, offboarding, retirement, and termination.
- Ensure employee records and documentation are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and labor regulations.
- Support organizational structure reviews, job evaluation, job description management, and workforce planning.
Training and Development
- Execute the Annual Training Plan based on organizational competency needs.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate talent review discussions and succession planning processes.
Performance Management
- Coordinate the implementation of the company's Performance Management System.
- Coordinate timely completion of goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual performance evaluations, and development planning.
- Support the manager in implementing effective performance discussions and employee development.
Employee Relations dan Compliance
- Support on monitoring the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support employee relations activities and disciplinary processes.
- Execute the employee engagement surveys activity.
Leadership & Partnership
- Coordinate with other departments to provide HR solutions that support operational.
- Foster collaboration across departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, industrial engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including leadership responsibilities in supervisory role.
- Strong experience in HR Operations, Learning & Development, Performance Management.
- Experience in a manufacturing or multi-site environment is preferred.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, external vendors, and Group HR teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
