Forecast Daily Worker needs based on event bookings. Source, interview, and onboard daily workers (DWs) and casual labor for F&B, housekeeping, and banquet departments.
Act as the primary HR point of contact during event days. Manage check-ins, uniform distribution, and briefing sessions to ensure staff are ready.
Oversee the accuracy of timesheets and attendance logs for event-based staff. Ensure timely and accurate processing of daily wages and overtime.
Ensure all event operations comply with Indonesian labor laws and health and safety (K3) standards. Manage insurance or accident reporting for casual staff if necessary.
Brief casual staff on Taman Bhagawan's service protocols and SOP to ensure a seamless guest experience that aligns with the venue's luxury branding.
Liaise with external labor agencies or outsourcing partners to fill specialized roles when internal databases are insufficient
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
At least 23 years of experience in HR Operations, specifically within theEvents or Hospitality industryin Bali.
Professional fluency in bothBahasa IndonesiaandEnglishis essential for communicating with a diverse workforce and international event planners.
