HR Operations (Blue Collar Workers)

HR Operations is responsible for managing end to end process of Blue Collars and OS workers fulfillment in Fulfillment operation facilities and developing initiatives and recommendation for improvement.

Job Description:

• Ensuring the number of fulfillment and quality of the workforce.
• Ensure the workers compliance to attendance, reduce latency, early-out, and miss scan issues
• Supporting and participating in the development process of every project involving workforce to adjust of any business changes in the company.
• Responsible for internal and external social audits related to employment and labor costs.
• Administration worker in WFM (Facility Location, ID DABAO, & Picture)
• Monitoring and maintaining vendor performance to stay in line with predetermined KPIs.
• Maintaining relationships with all relevant stakeholders from both internal and external parties.
• Communication to OS Agencies to ensure the implementation of strategy arranged to achieve the KPIs.

Requirements:

• Minimum educational background is Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, or other related fields.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experiences in HR administration of blue collar workers
• Experienced in coordinating with relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Prior experience in position or candidate must demonstrate good leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Have good critical thinking, judgement, decision making and problem solving skills as part of ability to connect the dots based on data
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
• Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Think beyond one's areas to manage cross-functional implications
• Respect other's point of view with an open-minded
• Excellent time management
