This role will build the backbone of our people systems, ensuring efficiency, trust, and compliance as the company grows.
What You'll Own
- Systems & Process Automation: Standardize and automate onboarding, offboarding, and BAU HR tasks, ensuring employees and managers adopt the new systems.
- Compliance & Governance: Own employee registration, BPJS, insurance, and regulatory processes with 100% accuracy and timeliness. Maintain HR policies and documentation as regulations evolve.
- People Data & Reporting: Consolidate workforce data into a single source of truth and launch dashboards for leadership on headcount, attrition, and workforce insights.
- Cost & Vendor Management: Manage HR and office vendors, balancing efficiency, compliance, and employee experience. Drive cost optimization without compromising engagement.
- Office Management: Maintain office inventory, cleanliness, and readiness; ensure company electronic assets are tracked and cared for; coordinate with vendors for supplies, maintenance, and facilities.
What Success Looks Like (612 Months)
- 100% of employees onboarded and offboarded through standardized, documented processes.
- All HR operations automated, with employees able to self-serve without manual workarounds.
- 100% of compliance tasks (BPJS, insurance, registrations) delivered on time with zero penalties.
- A consolidated workforce dashboard live and used by leadership for decisions.
- Employee operations satisfaction score of 9/10 or above.
- Office facilities and assets consistently tracked, maintained, and fully operational without disruptions.
Requirements
You're a Fit If
- You have 45 years of HR Operations experience in a corporate setting with proven success in automation, compliance, and facilities coordination.
- You have built HR systems and processes from scratch and scaled them successfully across the company.
- You are structured, precise, and clear in your communication colleagues trust you because nothing falls through the cracks.
- You thrive in fast-moving environments and balance compliance with creativity in finding solutions.
- You are discreet and uphold confidentiality at all times.
- You care about both digital efficiency and the physical work environment, and you can juggle both effectively.

This is a
senior individual contributor role, reporting to the HR Lead. You will own both HR operations and office management, with cross-functional influence but no direct reports.
