Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee administration
- Conduct regular site visits to support manpower deployment and monitor workforce conditions
- Assist in handling employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases, grievance management, and conflict resolution during the project duration
- Support end-to-end recruitment and assessment activities to fulfill temporary and operational manpower requirements within the project timeline
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and project-specific SOPs across assigned locations
- Monitor employee attendance, performance, probation status, and contract administration
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and prepare regular reports
- Support the execution of employee engagement initiatives and internal communication programs
- Serve as the primary HR contact person for employees, supervisors, and stakeholders involved in the project
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, HR Generalist, or related HR functions, preferably supporting project-based, logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, retail, or operational environments
- Available to work on a 3-month project-based contract
- Willing to travel and conduct regular visits to multiple operational sites, warehouses, or project locations as required
- Good understanding of labor regulations, HR administration, recruitment processes, and employee relations practices
- Good communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic, and target-driven environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiar with HRIS or recruitment management systems
- Assist in implementing employee engagement activities and internal programs at the hub level
