HR OPERATION OFFICER

Job Description

  • Validate, manage, monitoring and maintain timesheet data for accurate payroll
  • Monitor payroll processes and maintain records/reports
  • Oversee employee scheduling, leave rotation, and attendance reconciliation
  • Manage workforce movement (mobilization/demobilization)
  • Plan manpower needs, track headcount, and identify staffing gaps
  • Monitoring recruitment activities form screening to onboarding processes
  • Liaise with manpower agencies and external vendors and also verify vendor invoices against approved timesheet data

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related major
  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in project-based (Construction Oil & Gas Project)
  • Have experience handling timesheets, payroll coordination, and workforce management
  • Strong understanding of manpower regulations and vendor/manpower supply management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR systems and strong attention to detail and data validation skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willing to be placed in Head Office (Jakarta), Site Area (Outside Java) including roster-based assignment if required
