Job Description
- Mengirimkan kepada bagian rekrutmen hasil skrining calon pekerja sesuai SOP.
- Memastikan penerbitan Surat Perjanjian Kerja bagi new joiner telah sesuai isinya dan memastikan telah ditandatangan oleh pekerja
- Memastikan seluruh dokumen new joiner telah dilengkapi sesuai dengan checklist kelengkapan dokumen
- Memastikan seluruh data dan informasi yang diberikan oleh new joiner telah diinput di dalam system HRIS-WD secara akurat dan tepat waktu.
- Berkoordinasi dengan bagian terkait agar new joiner telah tersedia sarana kerja, akses yang diperlukan, serta kalender kegiatan pekerja
- Melakukan proses post checking untuk pekerja baru sebelum masa percobaan berakhir.
- Memastikan seluruh dokumen new joiner telah di scan dan di upload di system HRIS-WD sebelum diserahkan kepada vendor yang mengelola dokumen.
- Memastikan data new joiner yang akan diproses penggajiannya telah sesuai dan akurat
- Melaksanakan kegiatan reporting yang diperlukan dan digunakan untuk keperluan check recheck dan koordinasi internal HR.
