Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The HR Mandarin Speaker will handle recruitment processes, facilitate employee onboarding, and support employee relations activities. Responsibilities include coordinating with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, managing employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and supporting training and development initiatives. The role also involves assisting in the development of HR strategies and maintaining effective internal communication within the organization.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Proficiency in recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Experience in employee relations, engagement, and performance management
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information
- Familiarity with local labor laws and human resources regulations in Indonesia
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Proficiency in using HR management systems and/or related software
- Previous experience in an HR role where Mandarin language skills were required is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
