We are hiring on behalf of a company operating in the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), clinic, and wellness industry in Indonesia. The company is currently expanding its operations and requires an HR & Administrative Manager with experience in healthcare-related recruitment, HR operations, and regulatory compliance, including familiarity with STR and related healthcare licensing requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall recruitment, talent screening, and interview arrangements, with a focus on hiring physicians, therapists, front desk staff, and outlet operations personnel.
- Handle employee onboarding, resignation, employment contracts, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, payroll, benefits, and performance-related matters.
- Handle BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan related processes.
- Follow up on THR, statutory benefits, and Indonesian labour law requirements.
- Assist with KITAS / work permit matters for foreign employees.
- Establish and improve HR policies, employee handbook, job descriptions, and appraisal systems.
- Assist in managing outlet staff discipline, employee relations, and team stability.
- Work with the operations department on recruitment planning, manpower allocation, and staffing plans for outlet expansion.
- Support the establishment of Indonesia team management systems and implement the corporate culture of the Singapore headquarters.
- Arrange training for physicians, therapists, and relevant staff, and follow up on government-related licences, certificates, and registrations, such as STR and SIP.
- Ensure that medical and healthcare-related personnel meet local professional qualification and compliance requirements.
- Liaise with clinics, medical consultants, licensing consultants, or relevant government authorities to support compliant operations.
Job Requirements
- Familiar with Indonesian labour law, HR management systems, and employee benefit requirements.
- Familiar with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, THR, payroll, and benefits processes.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, team management, and HR system setup.
- Background in medical, clinic, healthcare, TCM, spa, rehabilitation, therapy, or related industries is preferred.
- Experience in recruiting and managing licences for physicians, therapists, or healthcare professionals is preferred.
- Knowledge of STR, SIP, medical/healthcare service licences, or related government certification processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with KITAS / foreign employee work permit processes is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-outlet expansion, and cross-cultural team environment.

- Menindaklanjuti THR, tunjangan wajib, dan ketentuan hukum ketenagakerjaan Indonesia.
- Membantu pengurusan KITAS / izin kerja untuk karyawan asing.
- Menyusun dan menyempurnakan kebijakan HR, buku panduan karyawan, deskripsi pekerjaan, dan sistem penilaian kinerja.
- Membantu mengelola disiplin staf outlet, hubungan karyawan, dan stabilitas tim.
- Bekerja sama dengan departemen operasional dalam perencanaan rekrutmen, alokasi tenaga kerja, dan kebutuhan staf untuk ekspansi outlet.
- Membantu membangun sistem manajemen tim Indonesia dan menerapkan budaya perusahaan dari kantor pusat Singapura.
- Mengatur pelatihan untuk dokter/praktisi, terapis, dan staf terkait, serta menindaklanjuti proses lisensi, sertifikat, dan registrasi pemerintah seperti STR dan SIP.
- Membantu memastikan personel di bidang medis dan layanan kesehatan memenuhi kualifikasi profesional dan persyaratan kepatuhan setempat.
- Berkoordinasi dengan klinik, konsultan medis, konsultan perizinan, atau instansi pemerintah terkait untuk mendukung operasional yang patuh terhadap regulasi.

- Berpengalaman dalam rekrutmen dan pengelolaan lisensi untuk dokter/praktisi, terapis, atau tenaga kesehatan lebih diutamakan.
- Memahami proses STR, SIP, lisensi layanan medis/kesehatan, atau sertifikasi pemerintah terkait lebih diutamakan.
- Memahami proses KITAS / izin kerja karyawan asing lebih diutamakan.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, koordinasi, dan eksekusi yang baik.
