Job Description
- Managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensuring timely renewals working permit (KITAS) and collaborate with 3rd party
- Ensuring compliance with Indonesian labour laws and company policies.
- Facilitating communication between local and Mandarin-speaking management.
- Overseeing payroll processes and employee benefits administration
- Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
The Successful Applicant
- Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven track record as HR manager or HR team lead
- Knowledge of HR practices, KITAS processes and Indonesian labour laws.
- Strong in recruitment
- Placement in North Jakarta
