Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Jakarta, Indonesia, for an HR Manager who is a Mandarin speaker. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives. Daily tasks include overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English languages
  • Expertise in HR policies, procedures, and recruitments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and lead a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Experience in the mining, construction, or related industries is a plus
