HR Manager
Job Description:

• Manage all operational and strategic Human Resources functions, including recruitment, training and development, performance management, industrial relations, and HR administration.
• Ensure that all HR policies and practices comply with the prevailing labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Build and maintain a harmonious working relationship within the company through effective communication and strong leadership.
• Design HR strategies to support the achievement of the company's business targets in the manufacturing sector.
• Communicate actively across various divisions and management levels utilizing multilingual proficiency (specifically Mandarin).
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, HR Management, or a related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin (mandatory, both verbal and written).
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in the same field (experience in the manufacturing industry is a primary advantage).
• Possess excellent leadership and managerial skills.
• Thorough understanding of applicable Indonesian labor regulations.
• Hardworking, responsive, intelligent, and possess high integrity.
  

Additional Information:

• Work Schedule: 5.5 days a week (Monday - Friday 07.30 - 16.30, and half-day on Saturday).
• Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and qualifications).
