Ensure compliance with Indonesian employment laws, labor regulations, and statutory requirements.
Manage work passes (KITAS), immigration matters, and expatriate employment compliance.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and governance frameworks.
Lead statutory registrations, reporting, and compliance matters, including BPJS, JKP/JHT/JP, PPh 21, and other government-related requirements.
Liaise with government agencies, regulatory authorities, external consultants, and legal advisors on employment and compliance matters.
Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and risk management initiatives.
Set up and maintain HR administration processes, employee records, and HR systems to ensure compliance and data integrity.
Advise management and operational teams on employment regulations, disciplinary matters, employee relations cases, and HR best practices.
Partner closely with the HR Operations team to ensure HR processes are aligned with legal and regulatory requirements.
Support organizational growth by monitoring regulatory changes and implementing necessary compliance measures
Job Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, which must include a background in F&B, retail, or a multi-outlet business environment.
Standalone Capability: Proven experience in setting up HR departments and frameworks from scratch. Must be highly comfortable working independently as a standalone HR professional without an immediate local team.
Legal Knowledge: Deep understanding and practical knowledge of Indonesian labor law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and dispute resolution processes.
Language Skills: Fluent in English (both written and verbal) is mandatory for constant reporting and cross-border
