The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR operations within the manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on Industrial Relations (IR) and Labor Union management. This role ensures compliance with manpower regulations, maintains a harmonious employeemanagement relationship, and supports operational effectiveness through strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Industrial Relations & Labor Union
- Manage day-to-day labor union relations and serve as the main contact person.
- Handle PKB/CLA negotiations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Resolve disputes, grievances, and disciplinary cases.
- Build strong relationships with government agencies (Disnaker, BPJS, etc.).
HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and general HR administration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and manpower regulations.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Performance, Development & Engagement
- Manage performance appraisal processes.
- Identify training needs and support employee development programs.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and address employee concerns.
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll
- Oversee payroll, allowances, and overtime processes.
- Manage BPJS and other employee benefits.
HR Reporting
- Prepare HR-related reports (turnover, attendance, manpower status).
- Provide data insights to support decision-making.
