Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Semarang. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily HR functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. The role also includes developing and implementing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing payroll, and facilitating training and development programs. Additionally, the HR Manager will work closely with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture and drive employee engagement.

- Human Resources management and staff recruitment skills
- Knowledge of labor laws, payroll management, and compliance policies
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and employee relation skills
- Experience in training, development, and performance management
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in HR management is a strong advantage
