Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of labor regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in handling employee issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain good communication and relationships with employees and, if applicable, labor unions.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing company regulations, SOPs, and internal HR policies.
  • Support the documentation of warning letters, investigation reports, and employee counseling records.
  • Support employee engagement programs and workplace communication initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum fresh graduate or candidates with relevant experience, Educational background in HR, Law, Management, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of Indonesian labor law and employee relations practices.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and handle conflict situations calmly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficient in English.
