Responsibilities
We're looking for a
Junior HR Staff to support HR operations, office management, and employer branding initiatives. You'll assist with daily HR tasks, manage office facilities, and help showcase our company culture to attract top talent.
Job Description
- Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR systems.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience.
- Support HR operation such as leave tracking, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
- Handling employee BPJS (e.g: monitoring, registering, movement, etc).
- Support hiring process by post job openings, shortlisting candidate, and support superior in coordinating interviews.
- Preparing various HR documents (e.g., offering, employment contracts, reports, etc).
- Oversee office supplies, inventory, and vendor management with GA teams.
- Help plan and execute internal events to foster a positive work environment
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and office activities.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Legal, Human Resource, or a related field.
- Min 1-2 year of experience in HR, GA, or office administration, freshgraduate with internship experience is welcomed to apply.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and BPJS management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiar with employer branding and posses creative mind in proposing various company events.
