Job Description

Responsibilities

Training & Engagement

  • Melaksanakan kegiatan engagement yang telah direncanakan.
  • Mengkoordinasikan dan mengkomunikasikan kegiatan aktifitas engagement kepada seluruh unit kerja sesuai jadwal yang telah ditentukan.
  • Membuat laporan kegiatan dan ukuran keberhasilan engagement program yang telah dijalankan.
  • Melakukan penatausahaan dokumen kegiatan engagement secara rapi dan tertib.

Talent Management

  • Melaksanakan proses end to end recruitment (Job Posting, sourcing, shortlisted, interview, etc.)
  • Mengelola data proses rekrutmen dan membuat laporan data proses rekrutmen (recruitment funnel).
  • Menginisiasi kegiatan Employer Branding dan Employee Value Proposition.

HR Operation

  • Melakukan pembuatan surat-surat terkait kepegawaian sesuai dengan kebijakan dan prosedur terkait HR Operation.
  • Memelihara dan memastikan kelengkapan data karyawan telah konsisten dan akurat.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, preferably in Psychology, Management, or any related field (Min. Semester 5);
  • Interest and basic understanding of HR functions and responsibilities.
  • Ability to manage documents and administration neatly and orderly.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment;
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Canva Tools.
