As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support our recruitment activities and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring processes. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about people, eager to learn, and excited to build a career in Human Resources. Your responsibilities include:
- Assist in posting job vacancies across various platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update applicant tracking databases
- Support employer branding and talent outreach activities
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Eager to learn and proactive in taking initiative
- Familiar with recruitment tools is a plus
