Responsibilites
As an Employer Branding & Engagement Intern, you will play an active role in strengthening the company's branding and enhancing employee engagement through various creative activities. Your responsibilities include:
A. Employer Branding & Social Media
- Supporting content creation for the company's social media accounts (@lifeatmcmgroup).
- Assisting in graphic design for video thumbnails, wallpapers, and event posters.
- Supporting the recording and editing videos for employer branding and engagement initiatives.
- Staying up to date with social media trends and algorithms to optimize engagement and reach.
B. Employee Engagement
- Assisting in the preparation, execution, and documentation of various engagement activities.
- Handling the setup and arrangement of materials for employee engagement events.
- Coordinating with internal teams and vendors when needed.
- Compiling for administration things
Job Requirements
- A student or recent graduate in a relevant field (Communication, Psychology, Marketing, or related disciplines).
- Skilled in graphic design, especially using Canva.
- Capable of video editing using CapCut.
- Familiar with social media trends & algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Creative, proactive, and interested in employer branding and engagement.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Available for a 6-month internship and willing to work from the office at Slipi, Jakarta Barat.
