Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Handle end-to-end Industrial Relations (IR) matters: employee cases, disciplinary actions, dispute handling, and investigations
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and provide IR advisory, including support in M&A and HR integration
  • Manage HR Operations, including employee lifecycle (onboarding–offboarding), documentation, and HR reporting
  • Maintain HR policies and coordinate with internal & external stakeholders (government, legal, etc.)

Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource, Law, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in Industrial Relations (HR Ops exposure is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law
  • Detail-oriented, hands-on, and able to manage cases independently
  • Good communication & analytical skills
  • Willing to be based in Karawaci, Tangerang
