HR Generalist
- Support the HRBP in managing end-to-end HR operations for a <50 employee team, leveraging data and precise administrative processes to maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-3 years of HR generalist experience, acting as a reliable partner to the HRBP across the full employee lifecycle.
- Analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in Excel/Spreadhseet for workforce planning, performance data analysis, and reporting.
- Skilled in managing end-to-end HR functions where all administrative tasks are executed with exceptional precision.
- Ability to manage high-volume HR documentation and employee data with 100% accuracy and strict confidentiality.
