About the Role
Ku Creatives is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. This role will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR functions and supporting daily administrative operations to ensure smooth business processes. We are seeking someone who can work independently, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to building a positive employee experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handle the full recruitment process from start to finish including job postings, screening, interviews and offers
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand what they need in each role
- Run a smooth onboarding process so new hires feel set up for success from day one
- Manage offboarding just as carefully when someone moves on
- Keep employee records, contracts and HR documentation organised and up to date
- Administer employee allowance, attendance, leave, and other HR-related data.
- Coordinate monthly payroll and employee benefits, make sure everything is accurate and submitted on time
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Be the go-to person when staff have questions or need HR support
- Help plan and run engagement activities that actually mean something to the team
- Handle employee relations matters and support performance management processes.
- Manage pantry stock and office supplies so the team always has what they need day to day
- Coordinate with the Office Boy and security team for day-to-day operational needs
- Regularly collect feedback from employees and help turn those insights into meaningful action
- Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documentation.
- Assist in managing internal communications and employee-related announcements.
Requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Generalist, Personnel Administration, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline from a reputable university
- Experience to run recruitment independently before and knows the process well
- Familiar with HR software, ATS tools and Google Workspace or MS Office
- Strong understanding of HR operations, labor regulations, and HR administration.
- Experience handling multiple HR functions, including recruitment, employee administration, and employee relations.
- Experience organizing employee engagement activities or company events is preferred.
- Familiarity with employer branding initiatives and social media platforms is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
