Role Description

As the HR & GA Supervisor, you will serve as a strategic partner in managing our human capital and streamlining operational workflows. This role demands a balance of high-level policy development and hands-on administrative oversight. You will be responsible for the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining a high-performance organizational culture within our Jakarta office.

Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy & Policy:Design and implement robust HR frameworks and SOPs aligned with group-wide objectives.
  • Talent Management:Oversee full-cycle recruitment, performance appraisal systems, and employee development programs.
  • Compliance & Payroll:Ensure 100% adherence to Indonesian Labor Laws (UU Cipta Kerja) and manage benefits administration, including BPJS and payroll oversight.
  • General Affairs:Manage office operations, vendor relations, and procurement to ensure a seamless work environment.
  • Leadership:Provide mentorship to the HR/Admin team and act as a liaison between management and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or Business Administration.
  • Experience:Minimum 3-4 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Expertise:Deep understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, industrial relations, and organizational development.
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Competencies:Strong leadership presence, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-industry environment.
  • Communication:Professional verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage for coordinating with regional stakeholders.
