Job Description

Responsibilities

Monitor all HR processes related to DC employees (Attendance, Payroll, BPJS, Insurance)
Coordinate with internal/external parties related to the needs of DC employees
Responsible for DC personnel recruitment process

Requirements

Candidate must own at least a Bachelor Degree from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00)
At least 2 - 3 years of experience as HRGA or similar role is required for this position
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Willing to be placed in Sumatera and Kalimantan Barat area
Experienced as an HR generalist or related position is a plus
