HR & GA Senior Manager

We are partnering with a large international manufacturing company as they look to recruit a new HR & GA Senior Manager to be based at their manufacturing facility in Bogor. Reporting to the local President Director, the role would have end-to-end HR & GA responsibility for the facility

• The candidate will have at least 15 years of relevant HR + GA experience
• The candidate will have significant manufacturing experience
• The salary budget is Rp. 50m pm + bonus and benefits (negotiable)

About the HR & GA Senior Manger opportunity:

A range of responsibilities will be focused on ensuring a suitable policy for strategy, culture, recruitment, performance management, compliance, and employment law

• Align HR strategies with overall business objectives
• Monitor workforce planning and succession planning
• Oversee HR metrics and data analytics
• Develop and manage HR budgets
• Maintain HR documentation and handbooks
• Analyze the performance metrics of a recruitment drive and provide insights
• Responsible for company permits/licenses and ensure compliance
• Conduct regular HR process and compliance audits
• Develops and coordinates employee orientations, and employee assistance programs
• Responsible for labor union negotiations, contracts and issues, as required

The successful candidate will have at least 15 years of relevant HR + GA experience in a manufacturing environment

Skills and experience needed:

• 15+ years working experience as HR & GA Manager
• Good knowledge of Indonesia labor laws
• Good knowledge of Indonesian regulation related to health safety
• Experienced with labor union negotiation demands
• Good knowledge in employee training, planning and analysis
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
