This role covers both HR and General Affairs — scope runs from people operations and employment compliance to vendor management, facilities, and permits.
HR
- Recruit across functions: brief with the hiring manager, own the process, close the offer
- Build the systems that don't exist yet — onboarding, performance reviews, policies people actually refer to
- Handle employee relations, from the straightforward to the ones that need careful handling
- Keep employment practices compliant: BPJS, contracts, company regulations, Indonesian labor law
GA
- Keep the office running: facilities, assets, building coordination, vendor relationships
- Own procurement for operational needs — negotiate and control costs.
- Manage licensing and permits relevant to office and business operations
- Coordinate with third-party providers: building management and security
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in HR, GA, or a combined role — at least 2 years where you owned the scope, not just supported it
- Knows Indonesian labor law well enough to work from it directly, not just reference it in conversation
- Communicates the same way with everyone — no different register for executives vs. new hires
