Job Description:

This role is pivotal in shaping the company's people strategy, supporting business expansion, and establishing strong administrative systems. As HR & GA Manager, you'll work directly with top management to create an empowering work culture while ensuring smooth general affairs and office support functions.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (HR):

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and long-term strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: workforce planning, talent sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Lead the development and execution of training, development, and performance management programs.
  • Establish clear career paths, employee retention strategies, and succession plans
  • Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions in compliance with Indonesian labor law.
  • Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, BPJS, and HR budgeting.
  • Ensure accurate and confidential employee database management, documentation, and compliance reporting.

General Affairs (GA)

  • Supervise daily operations related to office facilities, vehicles, company assets, and general office supplies.
  • Manage company legal documentation, contracts, licensing, and liaise with legal consultants and government bodies.
  • Coordinate security, safety, health, and environmental (SHE) policies and ensure workplace compliance.
  • Support cross-departmental operational needs and build SOPs for general service excellence.
